APPLICATION METHODS
Spray Lok minimizes problems associated with any application method.
Spray Lok is engineered to not plug spray tips or dry out on
felts, sponges, or rollers. Spray Lok is extremely low misting
which minimizes abrasive wear on slitters, scorers, robotic shafts
and other mechanical equipment. The dilution ratio and application
rate should be verified for adequacy by the end user.

New Printable Silica Anti-Skid
LOADFAST-RTU is a new printable Silica Anti-Skid designed to be
applied at the Flexo. LOADFAST-RTU will provide the highest possible
slide angles, while not damaging your anilox rolls or contribute
to color distortion.
- PRINTABLE
- LOADFAST-RTU allows you to now print anti-skid on a box or
bag in perfect register, with no ink or color distortion and
no anilox damage
- HIGH PERFORMANCE With LOADFAST-RTU you are now able to reach
slide angles never available from printable materials in the
past. Slide angles of36°to 40° on 100% ink coverage are
now very achievable
- EASY CLEAN
- LOADFAST-RTU will clean up immediately with clear water, even
if left for several weeks between cleaning
- CONVENIENT Simply place a pail of LOADFAST-RTU at a print station
and you are ready to apply anti-skid. No dilutions or viscosity
